Cambodia is good to travel anytime of the year, but if you really concern of any disturbance from the weather, the best traveling time is late October through July.
June to September is a perfect period for the most beautiful scenery while it is in the rainy season and when people are cultivating rice.

Khmer cuisine can be classified into peasant, elite and royal cuisine, although the difference between the royal and popular cuisine is not as pronounced as in the case of Thailand and Laos. The royal and elite dishes use more varied and higher quality ingredients, and contain more meat, whereas the peasant food is made from simpler and more accessible ingredients.

You can apply for Cambodian Visa through your nearest Cambodian Embassy in your country or wait to get a visa upon arrival to the border or International Airport.

US Dollar is widely used and accepted in Cambodia, so we recommend you to bring US dollar on your trip or dispense your money from any ATM machine in Cambodia.
